The Heart of a great book is in the Romance

Well, I’ve been talking about if for a while now and with the help of my extremely talented web designer Rae Monet my new website is finally up and running. I know you’ve noticed the wine theme. For those of you who know my work in historical fiction you can find my books by clicking here, it will take you to my historical romance books. Yes, we decided to do a little play on words. The Wine is my books, The Winemaker is me, and coming soon I’ll be adding more information about my current writing projects along with some fun wine facts.

This just in! After six years of searching and trying to learn Dutch I finally, thanks to my cousin-in-law Sharon Davis who is pure Dutch and really does speak the language, have a copy of Mountain Jewel in Dutch! Check it out.

So what am I working on now? Well, let me catch everyone up. Three years ago my husband and I loaded up the truck and moved from upstate New York to the East Bay San Francisco area of California. (And six months ago we moved back to New York State, but that’s another story). While there I discovered that I had a taste for wine. Okay, I really have a lust for wine! And out of that lust and many hours spent at wine tasting tours in Napa and Livermore California was born the idea for a series of books. While I can’t go into great detail until I’ve landed a publishing deal, I will tell you that the books involve some women, some wine and more than a little romance!
